The room was very clean, the bed was firm but comfortable and (most importantly) the aircon worked superbly! All rooms are close to pools, the beach and you're only about a 5-10 minute walk from the main shopping/dining/drinking area (if you don't want to eat at the resort). There's no alcohol at the resort but all the bars are just a few minutes away so it wasn't a big deal for me. Staff were always friendly, courteous & happy to help. I really appreciated being able to use the shower after I'd been rock climbing all morning & had checked out on my last day (it's about a 15-minute walk to Tonsai for climbing).

Our apartment was in between east & west Railay😀easy walking to both beaches & all the delicious food joints👌 Comfortable large king bed, spacious room with great aircon , a large covered balcony with a day bed & drying rack for cossies/ towels etc.. tv.. but local content.. interesting( no smart tv) Cleaned daily( if you choose) water replenished Beautiful gardens with many bird songs, 3 pools- 1 on west( popular) 2- in the middle ( quite/relaxing) 3 - west side( noisy due to longtail boasts & wharf) Happy , attentive staff, will help with anything & happy to talk👌 buffet breakfast.. many options

Super comfy beds, lovely breakfast location looking out to sea, quick walk from walking street which has loads of bars and restaurants shops for beers and snacks as well as clothes and souvenirs etc, lots of shady areas and lovely greenery on the walkways and grounds of hotel which were really well kept. Quiet pool with shade so perfect for baby, staff really kind and accommodating. They sorted a transfer for us including the boat which worked out well. Would def return. Our room was so quiet, no sound from anywhere!

Despite the fact that hotel complex requires a major renovation (both in the rooms and in the common areas, hotel territory), we very much enjoyed our stay. Lovely greenery on the territory, we stayed in the room, which was steps away to the Railay beach. The beach and the surrounding area are breathtaking. A pleasant 15-minute walk to even more astonishing Phra Nang Beach. The hotel is also very close to a street with cafes, bars and restaurants, which has a special vibe and local character to it. Generally, very positive impression.

The hotel is amazing, very, very beautiful. The swimming pools are incredible, especially pool number 2, which stays in the center of the hotel. This area is quiet, and you can admire nature and its sounds.
